Terms for using Briefly Yours.
Briefly Yours is an experimental service with a free bring-your-own-AI option and optional paid managed generation.
Plans and billing
The free option uses an AI agent you control and may include a clearly labeled sponsor placement. Managed generation may include a trial followed by recurring billing through Stripe. The price, billing interval, trial end, and renewal terms shown at checkout control. You can cancel through the billing portal; cancellation generally takes effect at the end of the paid period unless checkout states otherwise.
Connected sources
Managed generation works only with sources you explicitly authorize. You represent that you have the right to connect and process those accounts. Disconnect sources you no longer want the service to access. Do not use Briefly Yours for emergencies, regulated decisions, or time-critical alerts.
Sponsored newsletters
Free newsletter emails may include one clearly labeled advertisement or Briefly Yours placement. Paid placement does not influence the email subject, preheader, agent configuration, source selection, or editorial content. Sponsors receive only aggregate category-level delivery and destination-visit reporting.
Daily sponsor auction
Submitting a bid authorizes Stripe to place a temporary hold for the bid amount. A bid is eligible only after payment authorization and our creative review. At the disclosed close time, the highest eligible bid may be captured; other authorization holds are released. Bank release timing varies. Late leading bids may extend the close by five minutes, up to thirty minutes. We may reject misleading, unsafe, infringing, or unsuitable creative, and may cancel or correct an auction affected by technical error, fraud, or payment failure.
Advertiser responsibilities
You represent that you are authorized to advertise the submitted brand, claims, logo, and destination. Ads must be truthful, lawful, safe, and consistent with the reviewed destination. Approval is not an endorsement. Materially changing the destination after review may result in removal without placement.
Your responsibilities
Use an agent and connected sources you trust, keep ingestion credentials private, submit only content you have the right to process, and review generated information before relying on it.
Service availability
We work to deliver reliably, but beta features are provided as available and may change. Newsletters are informational and may contain errors inherited from an agent, connected source, or model.
Acceptable use
Do not probe other accounts, submit malicious instructions, bypass request or plan limits, or use the service to distribute unlawful material.
Email controls
Each newsletter has a separate unsubscribe control. Unsubscribing pauses that newsletter; resuming it requires an explicit signed-in confirmation. Complaints and permanent bounces may suppress all email to the account.
